Festivals are a big part of life in Crossville and Cumberland County. A few of the more prominent ones include Pioneer Day, Oktoberfest, Depot Days Main Street Festival, Homestead Apple Festival, the Crossville Christmas Parade, the 127 Corridor Sale and the Blue Ribbon Cumberland County Fair. Downtown Crossville, Inc. also sponsors Cruise-ins, April thru October on Main Street.

Pioneer Day

The annual Pioneer Day festival features Native American dancing and demonstrations, food, live music, heritage demonstrations and more. The event is scheduled for September 18th, 2010 and will be held at the Cumberland County Fairgrounds.

Oktoberfest

For many years the Knights of Columbus have brought Oktoberfest to Cumberland County.  The two day German festival features polka music, food, fun, games and dancing.  It's fun for the whole family! The event is scheduled for October 8-9, 2010 and will be held at the Knights of Columbus Activity Grounds on Highway 70 East in Crossville.

Depot Days Main Street Festival

The Depot Days Main Street Festival features live music, crafts, booths, food, games and more! Downtown Crossville, Inc. sponsors the event and vendors are welcome! The 2010 Depot Days is scheduled for September 11 and will be held along Main Street in downtown Crossville.

 

Taste of Crossville

A Taste of Crossville returns to Main Street to kick start the Depot Days festivities on September 10th with Depot Days following on the 11th.

Homestead Apple Festival

The Homestead Apple Festival is a fun filled celebration in the Homestead's community that features live music all day long including bluegrass, country, folk and gospel.  At the festival you will be able to browse vendor booths, enjoy fresh baked fried apple pies, fresh apple cider and a lot more great food.  There will also be a quilt show, bake sale, crafts and so much more!  Don't miss the fun!  This event is scheduled for September 25, 2010. 

127 Corridor Sale

Welcome to the World's Longest Yardsale!! The 2010 127 Corridor Sale will run from August 5 - 8 along Highway 127 through Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, Georgia, and Alabama across 654 miles.  Hundreds of thousands of folks join them each year for this fun-filled event. It's impossible to keep track of how many shoppers and vendors we have, but it's grown to be the biggest and best event of its kind in the world.

Craft Fair on the Plateau

The Knights of Columbus will hold the 8th annual Craft Fair on the Plateau on June 5-6, 2010. The fair is open to all crafters of original hand-made items. Space is available for up to 50 crafters, so come join the fun!

Independence Day Children's Parade

The annual parade will be held along Main Street in downtown Crossville and will feature Cumberland County children on bikes, power wheels, wagons and walking. They will be dressed in patriotic attire and decorate their rides.

Cumberland County Fair

The annual Cumberland County Fair is an award winning fair and midway with pageants, contests, live music, food, and livestock/best in show judging contests. The 2010 Fair will be held August 30th thru September 4th, 2010 at the Cumberland County Fairgrounds.

Crossville Christmas Parade

Every year the Crossville Christmas Parade is sure to excite all ages. With the theme changing each year, you never know what might show up during the parade. From dancing lights, lots of decorated Christmas trees, and the big man in the red suit himself, the parade includes all things Christmas. The 2010 Christmas Parade will be held on December 11th.
